I may have just been one of the lucky ones, reading other reviews, but my experience was very good with this company. I ordered a dress and a bathing suit, both too large. I am between sizes and decided to go up, but that was the wrong choice. I returned the items for store credit. Everything worked out as it should and I used the funds and ordered some tops. They all fit me beautifully, I like the material and the one I wore washed up beautifully. It does take a little bit of time for returns and delivery, but that is to be expected.

Ordered a swim suit on Aril 27 not realizing this company is likely a Temu-style sweat shop promoter in China. The estimated delivery was May 14 (which didn’t pop up until I had already clicked on the payment), and it still has not arrived. FRAUD; DO NOT PURCHASE AND TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Ordered swimwear on 5/19/24 and after viewing reviews on Reddit, immediately, within 15 minutes, cancelled the order. Modlily promised to issue a full refund, but did not! “Clara” ignored the chat proof, and unilaterally decided to give me an in-store credit, which is not wanted. The bank has been given copies of the chat which Modlily did not want to send (though the site states it would automatically be sent with a check of the box on the online chat…it wasn’t). The product was NEVER sent, was CANCELLED legally within minutes, and a REFUND was promised and NEVER sent, though notice was given Modlily well in advance.
