My Experience Using JetNozzle Power Washer

I ordered a nozzle online and got a surprise when I saw the confirmation. They added a 2-year warranty without my consent, making the total much higher. I emailed them right away, but they said it was too late because the order was already on its way. However, when I checked with UPS, they hadn’t received it yet. Even after 3 days, UPS still hadn’t gotten the shipment. So, I contacted Paypal and got a refund for the nozzle because I never got it. But, I had to put in another complaint because Jet Nozzle charged separately for the nozzle and the warranty, even though it was one order. They said the warranty is non-refundable. Now, I’m working with Paypal to get my money back for both the nozzle and the warranty. It’s frustrating because even if you return the nozzle, they won’t give you back the money for the warranty. It seems like they just want to make money, even if the warranty isn’t worth it. Be careful if you’re thinking about buying from them.
