Despite returning the parcel due to bad sizing, my wife encountered a frustrating ordeal. The package remained stationary in China for five weeks and couldn’t be delivered. Despite lodging a complaint with the shipping company and providing contact information, Beachsissi claimed they couldn’t assist. Meanwhile, my wife had spent $100 on an order and received nothing in return. It feels like they’re aware their returns won’t make it back to them, which could be why they push for a 15% refund instead of the promised 100%. It’s disheartening to deal with such a shady business.

If I could give zero stars, I would have! Ordered a swimsuit and it didn’t fit. They offered a refund if I ship it back to CHINA within a week or else I could keep it and get them to send me another size for a mere additional $18. Ha! If you are going to do business in the US, you need to fix your return policy and obtain an address here for us to work with. DON’T ORDER from them. There are plenty of other US based swimsuit manufacturers and distributors to choose from.
