What I Experienced Eating Belliwelli Probiotic Snack Bar

I made a mistake by buying a variety pack without checking the ingredients first. The bars contain oat bran, which really upsets my stomach, giving me terrible gas and diarrhea. Even though oat bran is supposed to be low-FODMAP, I can’t believe I’m the only one who has problems with it. Unfortunately, I ate one before realizing what was in it, so I had a tough afternoon. Plus, the “minty chocolate” flavor I tried was gross—it was like eating dry, crumbly mud with just a hint of mint. I’m going to try to return these bars for a refund. I prefer the “FODMAP bars,” which have only four ingredients. They taste way better and don’t give me any stomach issues.
