I saw an Ad for the Chilwell Portable AC online and then placed an order for mine. Though it took some time but I finally received it, well all I can say is that it is just a huge waste of money! Do Not Bother buying! It made my room more humid and made me very uncomfortable..
Didn’t work properly right out of the box after following directions exactly. Only one side provided misting, the other side didn’t. For almost$100–Unacceptable. I contacted customer service who offered me $30 to keep it. When I responded that I’m still left paying $70 for your product that doesn’t work, they offered me 50% off for the broken product
