I got the Healthy Me Slimming Patches because I have been on a hunt for something to help me detox and also shed off some weight. Something that would not give me any side effects too. So when I saw that the Healthy Me Slimming Patch is non-invasive, I was happy and I decided to try my luck with it. Placed an order for mine and waited for arrival, it took ages before I got it. I had already given up on receiving it when I finally received it. And after using it for some weeks now I have not seen any difference! My body still feels and remains same and even worse. I have also gone online to see other people complain about it.
As far as I can tell it is probably just beeswax and a couple essential oils and adhesive to make it stick. They’re easy to apply and don’t leave much residue, but they didn’t deliver the slimming effects I hoped for. I didn’t experience any reduction in cravings or weight loss, despite following the instructions carefully. It felt more like a placebo than anything effective. Additionally, the patches would occasionally irritate my skin, leaving red marks that took a while to fade. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.
