Sharing My Personal Experience With Moxie Pest Control .

A moxie Pest Control Salesperson came to my door selling Pest control services to me. After much back and forth we paid for the pest control treatment but not performed. The day they were to come, the MOXIE van drove right by my house, did not stop and still billed my credit card for a lengthy list of services. Two witnesses saw the van drive by my house without stopping they also witnessed the van did not return. MOXIE still billed my credit card for this service without performing it. Home surveillance video supports the fact that no service was performed. There are also many complaints of other customers.

Other User Feedbacks

There are also other people who have paid for services but never go it. They have left their reviews online.

These guys where scammers. They tried to sell me, I kid you not a 30k solution. The moxie showed me a bunch of photos of rat droppings. I got a second guy to come look he saw no droppings and caught nothing in his traps. I don’t know what the actual workers are like but the sales team was really pushy and not honest

We were sold on this service with the understanding that the products are organic. Instead, three of the five products used were synthetic pesticides that poisoned our dog, even though we kept him inside for two hours after the spraying (we were told that one hour would be sufficient). We have tried to cancel, but have not heard back from the Account Manager, even though we were told nine days ago that one would be in touch to do this. Maybe they are fine if you want to use traditional toxic pesticides, but we are not and do not appreciate being lied to.

Conclusion

Moxie uses high-pressure sales tactics, including door-to-door salespeople who are persistent and sometimes refuse to take “no” for an answer. Some customers felt uncomfortable with the pushy nature of these interactions. And just like me, there have been so many Complaints which include being charged for services that were not performed or being billed for add-ons without prior consent. Prospective customers should carefully review the terms of service, understand the contract details, and compare reviews from multiple sources before committing.
