I bought the Moxy Acid Cleaner and I would be sharing my honest review of this so called carpet cleaner. Stick with me as I review this spray that claims to eliminate tough stains and also let you know if you should go ahead and splurge on it!
What Is The Moxy Acid Cleaner!
According to brand, the Moxy Acid Cleaner is an acid based cleaner dissolves grime and contaminants from polished/coated metal, glass, porcelain and fiberglass surfaces. It claims to be a heavy duty formula that will remove water spots, soap scum, rust and other common contaminants
Sharing My Personal Experience Using The Moxy Acid Cleaner
I saw an Ad for the Moxy Acid Cleaner on TV and then placed an order for mine. Though it took some time but I finally received it, well all I can say is that it fell short of my expectations. I had high hopes for the Moxy Acid Cleaner, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I used it to tackle stubborn stains on my bathroom tiles and kitchen grout, areas that usually require a powerful cleaner. The first thing I noticed was the strong chemical smell, which lingered long after use, despite good ventilation.
In terms of cleaning power, it was disappointing. Even after following the instructions and allowing the cleaner to sit for the recommended time, the grout stains were only marginally lighter. It required a lot of scrubbing to achieve any noticeable difference, and it wasn’t much better than standard household cleaners I’ve used before. The acid formula felt harsh on surfaces, and I worried about potential damage to my tiles in the long run.
Additionally, it didn’t seem to work well on tough mineral buildup. I expected it to cut through the lime and hard water stains, but those areas barely looked touched after use.
For the price, I had hoped for a more effective result. There are other products on the market that perform better without the harsh fumes and heavy scrubbing effort.
How To Use The Moxy Acid Cleaner
