Though it took some time but I finally received it, I used it outside and unfortunately, my experience with it was far from satisfactory.. Despite the bold claims, the Mozz Guard did not seem to make any significant difference. I noticed no reduction in the number of insects in my home. In fact, I still saw pests in the same areas where the device was plugged in.
One positive aspect is that the Mozz Guard is quiet. However, silence is not a significant selling point when the main reason I bought it for is not achieved. I reached out to customer support to vent my dissatisfaction. Eventually, I was left with a non-refundable product that failed to meet expectations.
