What I Experienced Ordering from Phoxfer.com
I purchased the USB drive from Phoxfer.com, expecting a high-quality product with ample storage, encryption, and password protection, as advertised. Unfortunately, none of these claims were true, including the positive reviews. The trouble began even before receiving the product. Despite using PayPal for protection, my credit card was rejected, and I assumed the transaction was canceled.
However, Phoxfer charged my account again, and this time PayPal processed it through my checking account, which wasn’t my selected option. The items I ordered on 6/30/24 were finally delivered on 7/19/24 by a delivery service that carelessly tossed the package onto my front porch. This experience left me feeling that Phoxfer engages in fraudulent business practices.
