What I Experienced with Rhoback.com

I bought a pullover over a month ago and noticed four holes at the bottom. When I reported this to customer service, Anne told me it was normal. I don’t believe that, especially since I spent $130 on it. I’ll never buy from this company again. Their ads are everywhere, but the material must be cheap, and the price is too high. This shouldn’t have happened. As a customer, I feel very disrespected by her response. If it was a $40 pullover, I might understand. I have another one from Nike without any problems. I feel ripped off by this company.

Just terrible customer service. it is a shame as I have ordered 4 previous times for myself and really liked the products. I won’t order from here again. They have lost a good customer today.
