Denise Arnold, Blaire Brown, and Sandra Wilson filed a class action lawsuit claiming that Target uses in-store cameras to capture and store sensitive biometric data, like facial scans. They aim to represent all consumers whose biometric data was collected by Target in its Illinois stores.

The plaintiff is asking for a jury trial and seeks injunctive and declaratory relief. They also request actual, award of statutory damages for themselves and all members of the class.
