Some positive remarks from shoppers —-
I’m using this product for traveling and love it! It provides the flexibility without adding bulk. It’s been the perfect traveling product for me.

Fits a ton and so small to bring as a back up bag for gifts when traveling. The only thing that stumps me is the small snaps at each end of the zipper. No clue on the purpose of these things. Takes some practice to fold up and zip into the compressed size. It is doable but definitely not as easy as the video. Takes some practice to get it right.

Do not waste your money on this. Although the concept and the layout is nice, the quality is poor. I used it twice for airplane trips and the bag ripped while on the second trip. The space between the inside zipper/ pouch ripped and is not able to be repaired. Just wasted $50 on a bag that no longer can be used!
Amazon customer
I bought this back in December for a trip I had planned for Spring Break and the lining ripped out after one use. Since it’s been over a month since I purchased it Amazon does not have an option to return it. So I’m out $50 bucks and now it is going in the trash.
Lining
Here I am on day #2 of a 32 day overseas trip and 1 of the 2 main zipper pulls on top just zipped right off. It’s a MAJOR problem with no relief in sight! I’ll look for safety pins to try to block off the problem after getting the zipper pull-back on, hopefully as a safety resolution. Let’s see if the manufacturer does anything. In the meanwhile, don’t buy this product until they fix this issue.

Potential Risks:
Not Receiving Your Package
This is the typical pattern with fraudulent online shops—you’ll see the charge on your account, but the package never arrives.
Receiving A Different/ Inferior Product
Getting something totally different from what you ordered can be like falling for a bait and switch scam. This happens when you expect one thing but get something else entirely. For instance, imagine ordering a wardrobe online and receiving a cheap plastic pair of sunglasses instead. It’s frustrating and unfair.
Hacked Credit Card
There’s a risk of your credit card being hacked when you shop at dishonest online stores. This can result in unexpected charges for items you didn’t buy or being charged more than you should be. Sometimes, they repeatedly take money from your credit card without your permission.
How To Stay Safe Online
Conduct an online search to cross check the website’s name, photo, location, email address and other details for legitimacy.
Verify the trust seal of the website-
In order to confirm site’s legitimacy, certificate authority (CA) has created a stamp as sign for certified sites. And, with the trust seal like Trusted site certification, shoppers can be informed of their security on the site.
Use the Google Transparency Report-
Each day Google’s safe browsing technology discovers thousands of unsafe sites and compromised sites appearing on the internet. This, you can search specific URLs to see if a site is compromised.
Check for the site’s social media presence-
Having an eye on the website’s presence on social media is another way to detect scam store. Watch out for things like copied content or recycled images, poor engagement, lack of transparency and link to malware or phishing.
Conclusion:
The-foldie.com may not be a scam per se, however, it’s advisable to prioritize safe online shopping practices by carrying out thorough due diligence before sending your payment.
